Know Before You Go Conference Guide

Conference parking is $10 per day in the hotel’s garage. Valet services are available.

Check-In Process
When you arrive, you will check in at our Registration table located on the First Floor (Event Level – EL) in the East Gallery. You will receive your name badge, lanyard, and brochure.

Vendor Area (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)

Training Certificates
At the end of each session you will 5 minutes to submit a survey and enter your information to receive your training certificate. This will also allow us to track attendance. To streamline the process, QR codes will be posted around the room. Please scan the QR code and complete the survey. Your certificate will be delivered via email. A staff member will be on hand to assist anyone needing QR code assistance. A small amount of paper copies will be on hand for anyone unable to submit digitally.

 

Raffles (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
You will receive a raffle ticket in your name badge. Check out the raffle table and place your ticket in the prize of your choice. This year there will be raffle prizes on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Plus we’re selling tickets for additional chances to win. Raffle prizes will be drawn and winners posted between sessions 2 and 3. Winner must be present and pick up prize by end of the day. Prizes will not be shipped or sent home with another person.

 

Reminders

• Dress code is Business Casual.
• Lunch is included with purchased conference ticket on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
