Expanded Learning Network of the Southern Tier (ELNoST) is a regional chapter of the Network for Youth Success that builds capacity, enriches and advocates for quality out of school time programming to enhance opportunities for youth and their families. Areas represented: Chemung County, Schuyler County and Steuben County.
Youth will have access to high quality expanded learning programming that supports their healthy social, emotional and academic development.
ELNoST serves as an entity that educates advocates and builds capacity for out of school time programs. The regional chapter, governed by Steering and Advisory committees, plans and hosts networking opportunities, professional development programs, and advocates for youth and youth organizations while working to increase system-wide standards of quality for all youth programs. The Advisory Committee includes two youth representatives who play an important role in planning and implementing ELNoST events. The committees meet on a monthly basis and events are held throughout the year. ELNoST is supported by The Triangle Fund and is comprised of youth serving organizations throughout the Southern Tier region.
