Capital Region Extended Learning Opportunities

Mission

The Capital Region Extended Learning Opportunities (CRELO) provides assistance to stakeholders who support children and youth during the out-of-school time hours. CRELO is a regional network affiliated with the New York State Afterschool Network.

About CRELO

Activities include:

  • Increasing access to information about grants and funding through a listserv
  • Providing information about the latest professional development opportunities that are available in the region and statewide
  • Hosting professional development opportunities that are centrally located and affordable
  • Sharing information and tips to assist afterschool professionals in being active advocates for programs
  • Holding meetings on timely issues when appropriate

• Columbia County
• Rensselaer County
• Saratoga County
• Schenectady County
