Thank you to our Sapphire sponsor Cabrini Health Foundation The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation is a private, nonprofit organization established in 2019 to improve the health and wellbeing of New Yorkers, bolster the health outcomes of vulnerable communities, eliminate barriers to care, and bridge gaps in health services. Named after a tireless advocate for immigrants, children, and the poor, the Foundation funds programs and initiatives across New York State that provide direct health care services and address social determinants of health under five program areas: Access to Care, Basic Needs, Healthcare Workforce, Mental & Behavioral Health, and the General Fund. The Foundation has invested a total of $1.2+ billion to support communities across New York State.Learn more about becoming a Network sponsor networkforyouthsuccess.org/about/sponsors/ ...

New York State Network for Youth Success

The New York State Network for Youth Success applauds Attorney General Letitia James for securing this historic settlement and for creating an important opportunity to invest significant resources in the well-being of New York’s young people. We are especially excited to see afterschool and summer programs explicitly recognized as an important potential use of these funds, alongside the broader range of programs and services that support young people’s mental health, safety, and well-being. Protecting young people from the harms of unhealthy social media use requires more than limiting time online. We must also invest in the places and opportunities that help young people build healthy connections in the real world.High-quality afterschool and summer programs give young people opportunities to play, explore their interests, connect with peers, develop meaningful relationships with trusted adults, and feel a sense of belonging in their communities. These experiences are an important part of supporting youth mental health and well-being and helping young people develop healthy relationships with technology. This approach reflects the goals of Fund IRL (fundirl.org/), a national coalition working to ensure that resources from social media lawsuits are invested in programs and services that support young people’s mental health, well-being, and positive development. As New York determines how these resources will be invested, we look forward to continuing to work with the Attorney General’s Office, young people and families, and partners across the state to ensure any resulting funds are invested equitably, transparently, and effectively to create lasting opportunities for young people to connect, belong, and thrive.See the Attorney General's statement here: ag.ny.gov/press-release/2026/attorney-general-james-secures-171-billion-and-groundbreaking-reform... ...
