The Network for Youth Success is dedicated to building a youth-serving system that increases the quality and availability of afterschool and expanded learning programs across New York. Our annual conference, Schools Out! Make it Count!, is the one of the largest training and networking events for afterschool and expanded learning program providers in the state. 

The Power of Afterschool & Expanded Learning 
We support all programs that promote young people’s intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development outside the traditional school day. These programs include those that serve youth in kindergarten through 12th grade, take place in schools and/or in community-based settings, and occur before and after school, during weekends, holidays, and summer breaks, or during the school day through partnerships with community organizations.

SPONSORSHIPS

Platinum Sponsor – $1,250.00
Gain high-level exposure as a Platinum sponsor by having a presence throughout the conference! Be shown in sponsored videos and prominently featured in the venue and website.

    Want some face time with our attendees? Host your own session where you can talk about your services and make connections! Run your own speed session, 30 minutes in length in a room that can fit up to 50 participants, included as part of the official conference program! Projector, screen, and 1 one-day conference registration included at no extra cost.

Gold Sponsor – $650.00
A golden opportunity to get recognition for your business by being advertised both digitally and at the event!

You’re in luck! The silver sponsorship is a great way to get your name out there at the event, while supporting NYSNYS!

The mission of each sponsor must align to the Network’s mission and are subject to review and approval. If a sponsored session or exhibit is denied, related fees will be refunded.  Logos should be emailed to Erin@Networkforyouthsuccess no later than 1/25/23.  Videos should be emailed to Erin@Networkforyouthsuccess no later than 2/25/23.

A LA CARTE SPONSOR OFFERINGS
Opportunity to sponsor a la carte opportunities at a flat cost. Does not require sponsoring at platinum, gold, or silver level and can indeed be stand-alone.

Wake up attendees for our coffee break during the event! Provide cups and/or napkins with your logo and be the hero for everyone’s pick-me-up. Your company will be mentioned on coffee break signage, and any announcements about the break. (cups and napkins are produced and shipped by sponsor)

Connect with our readers and sponsor book(s) published by leaders in the afterschool field! Buy books by our speakers and host a signing at your table! We will provide a list of potential authors that will be speaking at the conference, recommended books, pricing through their publishers, and work with you to determine the quantity of books that you get to give away to our audience.

RELAXATION STATION: $3,000

Give attendees an earned break on these exciting conference days and sponsor the relaxation station! You can cover the space for both days, including signage in relaxation area and a comfortable seating for networking.

RESOURCE TABLE ITEMS: $100

PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS: $2,000

Who doesn’t love a quick and easy headshot update? Help our attendees in a professional style by providing a two hour window with a professional photographer!

 YOGA $750
Available: 1 (Saturday only + Exclusive)
Help everyone focus and prepare for the conference day with a morning 45-min yoga session! Support the mental and physical health of our attendees sponsoring this group activity Saturday morning.

INTERACTIVE DISPLAY: $500
Available: 2
A fun interactive map display of New York state that lets the attendees network on a geographical level! Help demonstrate the large national reach NYSNYS has in sponsoring this interactive map.

ART SHOW: $2,500
Available: 1 (Exclusive)
Encourage the creativity of the children and sponsor this art display to show off their artistic ability! Students will submit art, with the winner featured on our conference program cover and social media posts.

Storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, additional booth furnishings, carpet or individual booth cleaning, and any other special service ordered by the exhibitor are not included in the package.

PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS
Any content for the program ad is due by January 25, 2022 and must be approved by NYSNYS before inclusion. Ads must be emailed to Erin@Networkforyouthsuccess.org in a .pdf format.
