This presentation will feature many traditional teachings and concepts of Haudenosaunee and Native cultures and perspectives that help us all relate to each other and understand our connections to the natural world. These perspectives are very helpful to develop and maintain healthy, positive relationships with many others as well as with Native Americans.

The federal administration has just announced that it is freezing $6.8 billion in federal education funding, including $1.4 billion intended for before- and after-school programs– known as 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC).
New York State receives just over $105 million for 152 CCLC grantees who serve almost 1.4 million students, primarily in high-poverty and/or low-performing schools. ![]()
Please take action and tell policymakers that this funding must be released immediately.![]()
