New York State Network for Youth Success

In April, hundreds of youth development professionals gathered at the CUNY Graduate Center for NYC State of the Sector of Youth Development: Defining Our Moment. They named what makes this work powerful, what makes it hard to sustain, and what it will take to build a workforce that can thrive. The report includes quick wins organizations can act on now and the systems investments New York City needs to sustainably staff universal after-school.
