Working with children includes managing behaviors. Encouraging Positive Behaviors examines the things that create misbehaviors in children and identifies strategies for changing them. This training will help participants identify common misbehaviors in after school programs and how the environment plays a role. Learn techniques to guide positive behaviors and turn misbehaviors into teachable moments for youth. This session focuses on what the direct care staff do that helps everyone to be successful in programs.
