They named what makes this work powerful, what makes it hard to sustain, and what it will take to build a workforce that can thrive. ![]()

This week, the Collaborative for Advancing Youth Development, of which the Network is a proud member, released "Investing in the Workforce to Sustain and Expand Youth Services in NYC," recommendations built directly from those conversations. The report includes quick wins organizations can act on now and the systems investments New York City needs to sustainably staff universal after-school. ![]()
